Hi I'm Kim from northern NJ and am a self taught quilter. Now that hasn't stopped me from taking a bunch of classes in the last few years. I've been quilting since high school in the 80's *gasp*.
I just love the free form letters on Tonya's blog. I too love the Liberated Quilting books and want to learn to play more "outside the templates". I was reading the blog to my dd and she is going to help with the design of the quilt. She doens't like to sew :( but she is quite creative in her own work.
I can't wait for us to get started playing.
